Travelling information

By car:
- coming from the West, drive in the direction of Vorarlberg/Tyrol via the
Arlberg Pass or Arlberg Tunnel.
- Continue in the direction of Landeck and change onto the A12 motorway.
- Exit at Ötztal and continue on the B186 until you reach Sölden.

- Coming from the North/Garmisch Partenkirchen, drive in the direction of
Mittenwald/Scharnitz/Seefeld/Telfs.
- Exit the A12 motorway at exit Ötztal and continue on the B186 until you
reach Sölden.

- Coming from the East/Munich/Salzburg, follow the A93 motorway in the
direction of Kufstein.
- Change onto the A12 in the direction of Innsbruck/Ötztal and continue on
the B186 in the direction of Sölden.

- Coming from the South/Merano, drive via the Timmelsjoch Pass to Sölden.
- Please note that the pass is only open from the beginning of June to the
middle/end of October.
- Toll fees apply.

Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	A fixed amount of EUR 400 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet	Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 4 per hour. Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 4 per hour.
Meal Plan	Half board is included in the room rate.
Parking	Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
