The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels. After several nights in noisy city hotels, we were thankful for this location with mountain views from each window, away from city noise, but just a 15-minute bus ride into Salzburg from a bus stop 5 minutes away. Breakfast was bountiful and we had delicious dinners there both nights.

  Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Charming setting with tree lined driveway and a rustic atmosphere throughout the hotel. The food was superb, breakfast had a wide assortment of typical German / Austrian foods. Our evening coffee and dessert was fantastic. Some may be concerned because it is outside of town but we found that to be an adva - Perfect location - not too far from Salzburg and still outside so you can enjoy a romantic holiday outside the city, but close enough to have a romantic walk in the city centre. Nice hotel, high quality rooms and equipment, nice and helpful personnel.. Looking forward to come back again :)

  This was a beautiful hotel, conveniently located. We had a gorgeous room with a view over the park. The staff were kind and friendly. Will definately return to this hotel - I liked the room, very large and comfortable. I also appreciated the free internet use in the business center.
