Both the hotel and room seemed more like a 3-star than a 4-star. The room was quite small, and there was no mini-bar/fridge.yes, they offerd car parking on web site, i speciafically wrote that i would need parking. the ca r ark was full and they never sent a mail to state. No air conditioning in summer time, quite hot in day time. a bit noisy, but good location. The towels were probably a bit too old to be used in a hotel.The location of the hotel is indeed really good, however i felt that it was rather a 3star plus than an actual 4star hotel in respect to the size and style of the room. For the special-deal price we got it was still definitely worth it - if I had payed the price that booking.com claimed to be the normal one, I would have been disappointed. wi-fi didn't work.very dirty walls and noicy.

- Exit the motorway for Salzburg West, onto Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse
- Follow directions to P-Altstadt Mitte, Maxglaner Hauptstrasse until you come to the Neutorstrasse.

From Salzburg:
- Drive over the Staatsbrücke bridge (with view of the castle) on your right-hand side).
- After the Hanuschplatz square take the next turn left (Haus der Natur).
- Then drive straight ahead under the Gstättentor (city gate), - Then turn right and between the Pferdeschwemme monument and Festspielhaus concert hall.
- Drive through the Mönchsberg tunnel.
