We stayed in a superior room which was excellent. Facilities are limited though (no bar) but room had a small kitchen. The room aslo had a full home cinama set up but no DVD's at reception so take your own if you are planning a night in. All and all highly recommended - Lovely, modern decorated rooms. Very nice apartment, fairly good location not far from Ubahn station about a ten minute walk. 5B Tram close by if you wanted not to walk to the station. We found it easily with the directions from the owner and were met to be given the key promptly. The person didn't speak English but rang the owner so we could find out about details of the apart

Apartment at Gumpendorferstrasse 83-85 was very clean, cosy, fully equipped with everything you could need during 1 week stay.
Free wi-fi was also very pleasant to have. For me location was the best. Very green and calm backyard, 5 minutes to 2 different underground stations, main shopping street around the corner. -

it was very well equipped, temperature of the room easily controlled, very useful at below zero Celsius;
comfortable and welcoming;
neighborhood wasn't exactly great but quiet and could easily reach downtown;
all in all, i would gladly recommend it, very good alternative to hotels, would definitely stay here again -

Excellent communication with the management company, with helpful information on how to get to the apartment from the airport. We arrived a bit later than we originally estimated, so we called them and the staff was happy to re-arrange the time for the pick-up of keys. The apartment is clean and spacious (okay, the toilet is the smallest I've seen ever!), well equipped and pretty comfortable.
