  Everything was to my liking, even the transparent shower, which I know some people find a bit odd but you are forewarned if you do your research. Loved the location which was within walking distance of a great many must see places and shopping opportunities if that's your thing. Very close to public transport too. Wait staff in the Brasserie were... what people say » very keen to meet all needs if possible. Was very pleased with my choice of hotel in Vienna. - The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground. The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra. My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

  A very clean, comfortable professional hotel. Typically what you would expect from a Best Western 2 to 3 star hotel. Very good friendly and helpful staff. It is very close to the Austria Center by U-bahn subway, recommended if you have business there. I noticed the room was exceptionally big! Actually it was probably for 3 people (included some ki... what people say » nd of sofa bed). Spacious bathroom (WC separate from the shower). - The service, the price, the effective layout of the room and the easy access to utilize the internet. A subsequent stay at a Hilton really showed the value your hotel provided and the internet access was included in the room whereas it was an extra at the Hilton. Will be using Best Western more often as opposed to a Hilton. Their room was bigger but a bigger room was not needed by us.
