Where to start???? There are so many great quality items that make this a wonderful place to stay, and great value for what you experience. Every staff member had a very pleasant personality. The apartment was very clean, fresh and well equipped. The layout and furniture was also very good, modern and comfortable. staff was very nice and friendly and the babies/kids facilities (baby cot, playground etc.) were very nice. The view from the windows was of nice nature and green hills. Located close to main roads, but anyway silent and peaceful. Shopping and cities easily reachable by car, within just a few minutes drive.

The whole atmosphere is great (if you like that authentic Austrian style - with the smell of the grass and horses).
We absolutely loved it, especially our balcony with the lake view.
It is a bit off the main road on the hillside. But this is rather an adventage as it is far from the noise. -

We were made very welcome and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would certainly use this hotel again. - Nice clean very comfortable room in a quaint town of Bad Ischl which isa few hour train or bus ride from the city of Saltzburg. Hotelrestaurant was excellent.
