  This hotel is a home away from home, while doing my doctorate in Europe. The hotel is a destination for local pilgrims in search of friends, friendly bar or cafe and - most important - exceptional affordable restaurant with the son of the owner acting as chef. Even if I can't get a room in the hotel, I make a point of taking colleagues and friends... what people say » to the restaurant when I am in Graz or Austria! - Separate toilet from bathroom, nice big bathrooms, large rooms. The area made us feel like we were in sound of music, very pretty, with the castle on the hill. Breakfast was adequate, not anything special, but much as most hotels provide. We had fun exploring the town. The triathlete in our group enjoyed his run along the river and up to the castle

  We stayed here before going to the Therme Bad Blumau. It is a very nice family run b & b. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. We will stay here again when we visit Bad Blumau.
