  The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction.   Freindliness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of staff. Being small sized and fanily run it had a distinctive personality and we were treated as individuals not standardised units of consumption.   Every thing in the hotel was GREAT. The hotel owner made sure that we are happy with our stay, and made everything as smooth as possible. It is a GREAT Hotel - es war einfach perfekt. selten so freundlich empfangen worden. war sicher nicht mein letzter aufenthalt in den dorfchalets :-)

  We chose Villa Verde for one night stay since this B&B was fairly close to the hotel we stayed on the previous night. Although we need to take a bus to get to the old city, we could reach here by one bus or taxi (~10 eur). Staff were very friendly with great English and rooms were cozy and clean. Breakfast - The place was very clean (which is very important for us) and comfortable. the breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. The products in the rooms (shampoo, toilet paper, towels..) were in a very good quality. A charming and tasting place. We can see that the owners thought of the little details. Perfect place for a couple holyday in Salzburg.
