House and garden are lovingly cared for by Monika and her team who also prepare the fresh and lavish breakfast buffet each morning. Their sunny mood will accompany you through a beautiful new day.

The high quality of the room furnishings as well as the carefully selected details give proof of the host’s job - a joiner and master of his trade.
Special emphasis has been put on the colors as they significantly determine the rooms’ cozy atmosphere. Each has been designed in a different warm and bright color – simply to feel well.

Comfortable rooms and apartments, furnished with loving detail invite to spend holidays to feel good. Our tip: visit us more often to get to know all rooms and apartments.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 50.00 will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.
All children from 0 to 14 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 15 to 18 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
