I liked the inside of room, the bar and the restaurant. All of food wasexcellent. The furnitures and the tidying of the room. The dinner was wonderful.Very, very pleasant staff who were extremely polite and helpful. The room was excellent. Only it was not with a view on riverside. Hotel position is excellent too. It is just outside of the city center but still very close to it. You can reach Lentos Museum in 15 minutes by foot with pleasent walk by the river.

There is a 20 minute walk to the centre, by day its fine,during night time a bit dserted area, no restaurants near by, butstill we enjoyed the hotel itself. The Internet access price is very high, but the Internet connection is very good. Also, it's located in a business district and not close to shops or restaraunts.the quantities in the plates are not enough and the price for them is too high . Some of restaurant staff are not very pleasant . The closing time of the outlet and the noise in the room from the fan. I know Steigenberger Hotels and I was surprice by the lower standard of the building: needs renovation.The room hadn't Air Condition, Bath room very small. the rooms are very small, breakfast is expensive and whenever we were for breakfast the resturant was almost empty of breakfast. they do not refill the itmes.internet prices are very high. It was not like it was presented on your site.
