Apartment was very clean, completely renovated and equipped with everything for a normal living. We stayed for two nights and next time, for sure I will ask for the same apartment.
They have fully automated check in/check out process that saves a lot of time.
Staff are so friendly, I contacted them by phone and e-mail, They replay so fast, and they gave us code from a security box 2 days earlier then a scheduled time.
Strongly recommended!!

The hotel has been nicely renovated in Viennese style. Our room was spacious, sunny and quiet. A good breakfast was served in beautiful, stylish rooms. Location is right- near city center. The price is perfect. On top of that Martin Rebernig at the reception is doing everything to help you in any possible way. Super! -

Its abouts a one minute walk from a tube station, which takes you into town in about 15 mins. The area of that metro station seems a quiet residential workers area. There are i think 5 apartments, and they seem to all be on the ground floor. My apartment was nb 3.

The bed, like everything else, is new. It is quite soft, i would personally advize removing the topper because -
Firstly say, the Owner Mr. Martin is superb. He is very kind and help
everything what I asked. This residence will never make bother you even
check in and check out, you don't need to do anything. Location is
not that close to main of Vienna(5km~) but quite and there are very
nice restaurant and kiosk around this place. If you arrange, he will
provide you parking space but I recommend you to use Subway which is 5
min. To walk.
