Its abouts a one minute walk from a tube station, which takes you into town in about 15 mins. The area of that metro station seems a quiet residential workers area. There are i think 5 apartments, and they seem to all be on the ground floor. My apartment was nb 3.

Firstly say, the Owner Mr. Martin is superb. He is very kind and help
everything what I asked. This residence will never make bother you even
check in and check out, you don't need to do anything. Location is
not that close to main of Vienna(5km~) but quite and there are very
nice restaurant and kiosk around this place. If you arrange, he will
provide you parking space but I recommend you to use Subway which is 5
min. To walk.

Nice, clean, modern, well furnished and equipped, good sized apartment. Public transportation connections are easy to reach, downtown is 5 min walk and 10 min underground. Reception hours are quite limited but creates no problems. Parking is free. -

great shower. Closest metro was Rossauer Lände station (u4 - green line)
and about 8 minutes walk away. On the way to the metro there were
several places to eat next to the river and trampolines for kids.

Great location, near the u2/u4 Schottenring station. Clean large
room. Lcd tv, heating, great bathroom and beds. Staff very kind and
helped me in every request I had. Also there's a automatic seller
for drinks, food and water in the Reception area. Very recommended.
Ubicacion idonea para explorar la ciudad. Muy cerca de la estacion de U2/U4, Schottenring. Camara limpia y amplia, con LCD TV, calefaccion y buen bano y camas.
