Very good location is you come from the airport by bus or train. Literally a few steps from the old city and main landmarks. Helpful staff at the reception. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For breakfast there was a selection of good food that made for us a very good start of the day. This hotel will be my first choice if I come to Vienna again.

This was our third stay in this hotel. Compared to last year there were several noticeable improvements - the lighting of the room is now satisfactory and the bahroom shower has a curtain!! - The staff were very friendly and the hotel was well situated.

The hotel is pretty new, clean and furnished in a modern style. A great feature is the guest kitchen, which makes it possible to cook your own meals, or to store some food in the refrigerator. The staff was friendly, and spoke English very well. My room was quite large, nicely decorated and had a good Wi-Fi signal. The hotel is not in the very center of the city, but has good connections to public transport.

Very good location - next to the U/S-Bahn stations. In 10 min you are next to the big attraction - the Wheel - symbol of Vienna. If you travel by bus from Student Agency it stops almost next to the hotel. In general everything was ok. Will come there again in December, but probably to Ibis Budget (because of prices). -

The hotel is in a great location; very close to the metro which gives quick and easy access to the rest of the city. We had a refurbished room and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities are clean and the breakfast excellent. The price was expensive but, it is competitive for Vienna which is a little on the expensive side anyway. Overall I would certainly stay here again despite 1 or 2 teething problems.
