Very good location is you come from the airport by bus or train. Literally a few steps from the old city and main landmarks. Helpful staff at the reception. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For breakfast there was a selection of good food that made for us a very good start of the day. I like location of KIBI rooms - 10 min walk to center. This hotel is near the "Wien Mitte" station, train from aeroport arrive to it. Room was clean, staff is kindly. Breakfast is from coffee or tea, bread, butter and jam.
I think it is the best hotel for this price.

The location was ideal to catch an early bus to the airport in Swedenplatz. The hotel was basic, but clean and allowed us to drop off our luggage until check-in. The hotel was the least expensive in the area, even off season when we needed to make a last minute booking. We felt it was a great value for the price. The reservation included a breakfast but we had to leave to catch a 5am bus to the airport and were not able to see the quality of the breakfast.
