The staff would go out of their way to help you nothing was a problemfor them they recommended restaurants where to see and there was a younggirl working the bar who looked school age but ran it so efficently andshe makes the best hot chocolate after a days walking just what youneed. Great choice! The hotel do near the train station and also near the underground station. Also 5 mins walk to ALDI, 2 mins walk to a good restaurant. The reception is really helpful and welling to answer any question! The room is nice equipped. Free fitness and sauna! Recommend!!!!!

Location is very convenient. The city center is 10 minutes away by tram and there is a train station around the corner with direct trains from / to the airport. (use regular train, and avoid the CAT, way too expansive !!)
Apartment is big, clean and quiet. Bed is very comfy. There is laundry and fitness facility! You need to call a number to schedule your ETA, etc and it's working well. People on the phone are very friendly.
