Location, very close to subway. Subway is best way to move around Vienna, so it's very important. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was big, spacious with very nice bathroom, and private parking with video surveilance for just 10 EUR per day just added to very positive experience. When we come again to Vienna, we will definitely stay in Cryston

Imperial style of the room design and very friendly staff that are always helpful. The furniture a bit old but really matched with the style of hotel. It is close to the subway station that takes you to the city center in a matter of minutes. I would stay in the same place next time.

Centrally located in district 1 with bus station just in front of the
hotel (or you could walk approx. 5 mins to the nearests underground
station). Groceries are nearby if you want to save on dining out. And
the old town is just approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk along the Danube canal
in front of the hotel.
Excellent staff who are super friendly and helpful. Laundry + drying at €7.50. Sauna and gym facilities (we didn't use aanyways, but the facilities look well-maintained)
