  While looking for apartment, we thought of booking it within Vienna Innere Stadt. Considering affordability we settled on Kimi Immobilien. And our choice turned out to be fantastic. Easy accessibility to Tram and Underground (Schottentor Station at walking distance of 3 minutes). Tram Routes D and 1 are fantastic to go around the major attractions... what people say » in the City. Can reach major railway stations (West Bahnhof towards Salzburg & Innsbruck or Franz Josefs Bahnhof towards Krems an der Donau) and - Terrific location - just outside the Ring, 2 minutes from public transport, Rathaus, a cheap supermarket nearby and several restaurants within 0-5 min. walk. The stuff is very helpful & friendly. We had all the facilities we needed inside the apartment, which is comfortable & cosy.

  Even though it is not central Vienna it is very easy to get anywhere in the city. The tram stop is just a 5 minute walk away, Matziensdorfer Platz, and that takes you to Karlsplatz in 10 minutes. The area was a normal residencial area, there are supermarkets close to the flat, be careful they all close at 6pm on Saturday and nothing is open on Sun... what people say » day.
