This is a lovely old-fashioned hotel, very well-decorated and furnished. It looks as if it has been recently refurbished (to a high standard). It is quite near the Westbahnhof railway station and within walking distance of the city centre. They gave me a bigger room than I had booked, at no extra price. We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly

Centrally located in district 1 with bus station just in front of the
hotel (or you could walk approx. 5 mins to the nearests underground
station). Groceries are nearby if you want to save on dining out. And
the old town is just approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk along the Danube canal
in front of the hotel.
Excellent staff who are super friendly and helpful. Laundry + drying at €7.50. Sauna and gym facilities (we didn't use aanyways, but the facilities look well-maintained)
