helpful staff, convenient location re public transport - The attitude and personalities of the staff, both at the front desk and in the bar was fantastic. They took an interest in who we were and where we were from and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Although the hotel was very small, staff were professional and helpful, and spoke good English. Room was clean and comfortable, and larger than I imagined given the competitive price. - Close to city centre, friendly staff, very quiet room, nice size, free internet. Breakfast buffet. Good value.
