I chose the apartment based on its good reviews on letsbookhotel.com and I made an excellent decision. First, the location is very good, within a walking distance to the center. Then, the host was very nice and gave us directions of what to visit and transport. The room was very nice also, with an kitchen, dishes and everything you need. -

... what people say » ell equipped apartment, everything one might need was provided, making our visit very comfortable. Close to shopping for both the daily groceries and the Mariahilferstrasse is also just around the corner.
Special mention goes to Martin who was very cooperative, helpful and nice. Next time in Vienna will rent this apartment. -
martin was very helpful.. eventhough we arrived too early he let us check in earlier at 8am in the morning (thanks martin!) and the facilities inside was a complete set of an apartment.. since we've been backpacking for almost 6 days, it was cool for us having our own kitchen :) definitely we'll come back if we go to vienna again!

It is value for money hotel. The Manager Dylek is very helpful. Rooms are clean, there is a nice hotel restaurant. There is a basic common kitchenette on each floor. Separate shower and toilet area.
nice cupboards and small fridge where you can put your eatables.
Value for money.
Hotel has their own rest downstairs where you can relax with free wifi access all over hotel and rest.
Tram stop just downstairs from where you can connect to metro station in 5 min.
Also, free parking 24 hrs
Bit near crowded place but this is personal to everybody we liked to stay among crowds so no problem for us.

it was very well equipped, temperature of the room easily controlled, very useful at below zero Celsius;
comfortable and welcoming;
neighborhood wasn't exactly great but quiet and could easily reach downtown;
all in all, i would gladly recommend it, very good alternative to hotels, would definitely stay here again -

We stayed at this place with a little child. Everything was fine! There is everything including hair dryer and microwave oven . It will take you only 10 min to get to the city center by tram. We didn't regret of our decision to live there. -

The breakfast included in the price was very good. Rooms were also surprisingly spacious. Very good value for money, and it was definitely no mistake to book this hotel.

Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste. Citadella appartment hotel is a nice place for staying in Vienna. Cituated in quiet place not far from the city center and airport train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice & comfortable rooms. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.
