  We loved everything about our stay. We were warmly greeted by the front staff upon arrival and whenever passing by the desk. Our room was ample in space with a large sitting area, double closet and two room bath (toilet is a separate room). We also had a balcony that overlooked the Swartzsee.   Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk to the Hahnenkammbahn gondola. A very nice Italian restaurant and ski hire/sport shop adjoining the hotel. Short walk to the main street and restaurants and bars. Friendly, cozy atmosphere with very attentive and very helpful staff led by Frau Resch. Helpful kitchen for breakfast. Rooms were quite large and ... what people say » well appointed. Cleaning staff were punctual and efficient. Nice little bar to enjoy an apres ski drink and chat to other guests. Internal ski room an - Perfect location just 200 meters from Hahnenkammbahn. Extremely friendly and service-oriented staff. We came by car and though the hotel doesn't have its own garage we were guided to park outside. The rooms are not so new but really clean. Practical furniture. Simple and very nice sauna.
