The cosy living room on the ground floor has its own café and beer tap. In fact. you wont need to go to Kirchberg for the après-ski. There is a traditional Austrian living room on the first floor with an attractive stove and a luxurious live-in kitchen with the latest built-in equipment. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden which has a number of seating areas. The private swimming pool can be rented optionally in summer and is payable per week. The pool is a unique asset and enjoys beautiful views of Kirchberg and the Kitzbüheler Alps. All in all. this is a super de lux villa with plenty of privacy. Please note:As the house is at an altitude of 1.100 meters it is compulsory to carry winter tyres and non-skid chains. Guests 16 years and older are obliged to pay tourist tax.
