  This is my third time in this hotel and it will never be the last. Very amazing hotel and its obvious from the rating (9.7 from 312 reviewers).In my opinion this is unfair, this hotel should get 10 simply because this hotel deserve to get 100 not even 10; very clean, near to the attractions, advanced technology are used, free mini bar, nice view f... what people say » rom the balconies (river side), nice facilities (not in the hotel however you can get free access from the hotel to the Kaprun Spa (very nice place an - This has got to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and the price belies the facilities they offer. Andreas and his wife (and of course the softest "guard" dog you will ever meet, Nellie) are very friendly as are all the staff there, and the hotel is run so efficiently but in a relaxed and friendly way. Our room was amazing, the shower is fantastic, a huge balcony (which due to the weather we unfortunately could not make use of) and the free coffee and soft drinks is a realy bonus.

  Every thing in the hotel was GREAT. The hotel owner made sure that we are happy with our stay, and made everything as smooth as possible. It is a GREAT Hotel - es war einfach perfekt. selten so freundlich empfangen worden. war sicher nicht mein letzter aufenthalt in den dorfchalets :-)

  I liked everything in the pansion. It is located in the center of Kaprun, all the shops and bars are just 2-3 minutes to walk. The hosts are very hospitable and ready to help in every situation. The pansion is extremely clean, the interior is new. Ski bus stops just in 10 meters from the front door and in 10 minutes it is bringing you to both resorts (K - I like this family a lot. They are very friendly. I stayed for 2 night but I was hopping to stay more. They also provide Zell am see kaprun card for free, so you can enjoy most of the tourist places without paying (fantastic offer). I enjoy my stay with them. Also, their hotel is near the kaprun kitzsteinhorn a very fantastic tourist place. I strongly recommended this house.:)
