The closest ski bus station is a 3-minute walk away and cross country skiing trails can be reached within a 10-minute walk.

You can collect your keys just a couple of minutes walk from the Apartment. at the following address: Haus Patricia, Kellnerfeldstraße 1, 5710 Kaprun. A refundable deposit will be charged on the day of arrival and will be returned on the day of departure. Guests are asked to pay the outstanding amount of the booking in cash on arrival. Please note that the final cleaning fee of EUR 38 is not included in the apartment rate and has to be paid directly at the property.
