Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 40 will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children from 0 to 8 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy	The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	10.00 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet	Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
Meal Plan	Half board is included in the room rate.
Parking	Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).
Pets	Pets are not allowed.
