  Friendlyness of staff, location just perfect, 5 minutes walking into the historic old town of graz and just next to the fresh farmers market. Athmosphere was great, the right mix of regional, clean, and not too sophisticated at the same time. We had rented the 2 bedroom appartment and were very happy.   A very good hotel, just a standard 3-star hotel, everything what you need, free parking is the main advatntage as parkings are diffciult to find in Graz and are expensive, I will certainly stay it again - Everything.
