Perfect location in the city. Right next to the modern art museam, it could not be closer. Everything you need is there, only about 10 minute walk from the train station. Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Great price compared to other hotels given its location and quality. extremely nice staff,rich breakfast,excellant location,fair relation between price and quality of services. It was very central, the breakfast was excellent, the room was very clean and we felt welcome.

Hotel could be eeriely quiet at times, despite being in the city centre.Bathroom could be improved - a grip bar would help getting in and out of the bath, and a chair or stool would be helpful. Because the location is very close to the restaurants and cafes, the rooms towards these might be noisy especially on friday nights and in the weekends. Besides, there was no hairdryer in the bathroom.the hotel is cool, just the parking costs a bit too much around the hotel. The breakfast could be better but still an average, the illumination in my bathroom was the worst I have ever seen. There is no carpet in the room, but it's not the most important. Room 234 bathroom unsatisfactory: shower in bath; nowhere to hang clothes. Other rooms stayed in previously have been better provided.Had to go out early Breakfast starts at 06.30 asked for at least some orange juice but was told no. The room was stark and we were bombarded by mosquitos every night.No tea making facilities in the room. Hotel had great location-however, lackluster facilities and less thanpro-active staff. Coffee was cold in our thermos at breakfast. When weasked the girl for a new thermos with hot coffee, we were given a"look", tho' the thermos was replaced...with warm coffee. Roomfurnishings were youth hostel quality. Shower stall was tiny and spraywouldn't stay in position-had to be held!. Could not produce boiling water at Breakfast time. Looked like the water boiler was on the blink. However, staff did try to heat for me when asked. The furniture was very poor. There was no air-conditioning, the blinds on the window let a lot of light through in the morning,the floor creaked and the breakfast could have had more variety.Just did not find it very pleasant. The hotel reminds me about my grandmother's old house. No improvement, very large and cold rooms, basic amenities and poor-looking furniture.
