  This is a wonderful hotel, first impression was - oh no, it looks so commercialised - but was I wrong. Reception staff, fantastic, obliging, efficient, professional. We were upgraded to a suite in the adjoining building - our room (315) although a bit outdated (Bathroom!!) was still lovely. The food, wow, the food - we had a 5 course menu every ni... what people say » ght and it was fabulous and when it didn't suit us one of the night, we were given a substitute menu, with no added charge - wonderful - excellent cus - In one word - WOW!!! best hotel I have ever been or seen. It is like a winter palace and I was the princess! So romantic and beatiful. Everything about this hotel is amazing. It is like its mission is being perfect. The spa is so beautiful and fun. The close by SKI resort is a bonus ( if you take ski lessons there ask in advance for HANNA to be your teacher). And the food is like a gorme restaurant with the 6 dishes dinner.   Very good location not far away from Waidring and St. Johann in Tirol ski resorts. The apartment was with nice mountain-view. Hostest was very attentive. Additionally we got some free entertainment and discount.
