Outstanding staff - friendly, helpful and informative. Saved me 10€ overnight parking by explaining how I could just use city parking for a few hours. WiFi available free. Very well located (near Bregenz festival on the lake). Our room had a nice, clean bathroom with a good shower. And the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good! The location in the city center, but close enough to both the train station and Bodensee, was excellent!.

I arrived at noon and they quickly and efficiently had my tiny room and bathroom cleaned. No air conditioning on the hot humid summer day that I was there, and with no air currents to cool, sleep was difficult. My fault, I hadn't checked to see if it had A/C - would not be a problem in other seasons. We stayed in Bregenz during a heat wave, and the room was warm and stuffy, which made it difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi was a bit tricky, at some places in our room we had good connection, but most of the time the connection was average or poor. The problem is with Bregenz, nothing special there. Bit simple room. Nothing. Wifi only worked near the lobby. Bath towels were a little scratchy and the bathroom was rather small - not much place to put toiletries. scratchy towels. A bit confusing to find as in a pedestrian precinct. no parking. the wifi signal is weak inside the room. Rooms are very small, the phone did not work, the smaller flush also didnt work, and the breakfast is certainly well below the standards of similar priced German hotels,,,but this is Austria then!. During a big part of the night the street below the hotel was very noisy !.
