I liked that the room was a ground level room, the room was clean and the staff that we met were friendly & hospitable. The traffic noise that someone else commented on, we didn't hear it and we were less than 50 metres from the main road to Singleton. close proximity to the main street, was awesome to be able to walk from the motel to anything in town. The views were beautiful rooms were clean, everything worked , very quiet, peaceful and relaxing .

I didn't find anything not to like about the room. pity about some if the other customers, the people in the next room damaged my car and did not even care. No swimming pool would have made it better value and even more relaxing. More comfortable bed. Noisy neighborhood, both late at night and early in the morning. Don't even think about sleeping after 7 am. Could be updated. There was a terrible smell from the garbages in the car park and we had to turn the air-con off to prevent the smell coming into our rooms. The verandahs were drab and uninviting. The exterior of the motel needs to be given a facelift. Mix up with the booking, 2nd room not under my name, bed configuration requested was not provided. Cleanliness , very noises,. Basic and overpriced. No heating, it was freezing. Glad we only stayed the one night. The motel was shabby. No curtains just fabric over the window. Reception was not at this motel but you had to go across the road to the sister motel. It needs a good spruce up. Very nasty attitude of the duty manager.not fit for the job.lack of manners n very poor pr. The bed were very hard and made it difficult to sleep. The room was very noisy in the morning with traffic. Would not stay there again. Bed Very Uncomfortable ..flat pillows....mattress on wooden base. Insufficient Parking could not park outside our room as other customers parked there ..advertised amenities..Non existant ..no Laundry or Vending Machine. Office was not attended As previous Motel Owners we Would Not recommend this Motel. frugal facilities for the money. No little extras like a biscuit or 2; do they cost that much? No wine glasses and a very weird room layout, my I had to climb over my partner to get out of bed. Clean but sack your interior designer. The beds. everything else. it's outrageously sparse for the price. no shampoo. no hairdryer. just expensive and basically nasty. constant truck traffic makes it noisy. Foxtel is a sham - it's fox providing some standard digital channels. The beds felt like slabs of steel the pillows felt like rocks the room needs up dating everything very old no hand towels and small thin bath towels. I've booked the 2 room apartment 1 month ago before my arrival. They try to give me a downgraded family room (ie 1double bed & 3 single bed in one room) at the Windsor Budget Model at opposite side of Windsor Model on my arrival, saying that the room I booked was occupied. The room was cockroach infected, there were no hand towels, and they provided insufficient bath towels. Whatever we paid was much too much. And the management forgot to tell us that the forecourt outside our room was to be dug up and the machinery started at 7am, and we had to move our car before we were able to pack up to leave. I will tell our friends that we had a dreadful experience. Everything, service amenities beds. The storng smell of air refresher, you cant even get inside,u have to open all the window and turn on the air con for few hours, and the small still there. The room was smelly and dirty, there were no hand towel and it was extremely noisy.
