It was our first trip to Melbourne. We had a family of 6 stay in the 3 bedroom apartment for 3 nights. It was very spacious and clean. The servicing was great, loved having everything done for us. The kids loved the second story and balcony and sleeping in the huge beds. The views were awesome of the wetlands and reserve and the tranquillity was just what we loved after busy days in the busy Melbourne CBD. Loved going for walks and seeing the ducks and swans. Hearing the frogs. The pool and spa.
all reviews » The service at Reception was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, comfortable and presented in a warm and welcoming manner. A few lights were on and the unit had been warmed. All items used in the unit were in working order. Parking and access was excellent. I would definitely stay at this accommodation again and I would recommend it to others. Location - easy access to City or local shopping and lovely eateries by car while being out of CBD and therefore quiet. Situated on huge site with open spaces outside your door. Plenty of parking. Room to take children for walk to use up energy. Clean and comfortable. The two level layout was really useful because you could get some peace and quiet in the bedrooms upstairs while others were still watching TV etc downstairs. Very nice outlook over wetlands and towards the ocean. Comfy rooms, there had been an issue with our room and staff responded well and did what they could to make our experience positive. Great surrounds, views and walking paths. Rooms and layout. Meals service with delivery. Ideal location when travelling with a vehicle. Room was warm and lights were on when I arrived. love the 2 rooms upstairs, we stay at alot of motels around the country Quest is clearly the best we stayed in this was our second visit. Large spacious apartment close to walks and still a minutes quiet drive into Williamstown Tourism precinct. Very reasonable tariff. Friendly helpful staff. Who went out if there way to help us when in a spot of bother . Value for money. Good space for the kids. Pool & spa, comfy beds, good tvs, not lacking in any amenities, open grassy space for kids to play. room was awesome very happy, spacious clean, comfy beds.also loved the free breakfast box!. Convenient location to where I was working in Altona. Comfortable, clean and convenient for what we needed. Friendly staff, great location, peaceful. Love the view from the apartment. facilities cleanliness. everything. good size apartment, comfy bed. Large king beds. The breakfast package offer wasn't ideal for families. 2 different options would be better. Coffee, tea, sugar and salt/pepper were there, but a few little serving size packs of butter/vegemite/jam would have been awesome. Don't mind having to buy a box of cereal or a loaf of bread but having to buy the rest was a bit of a pain. The unit's furniture and kitchen look a little tired. Parking not under cover. Had to really think to find 1 thing not to like. No toilet in the second bathroom upstairs. Difficult to see the sign from the road when driving towards the complex as the trees had grown. Had to think for a while on this and this is the only thing we came up with. Late checkin little bit dark to be able to see what room numbers were, and breakfst options for the next day maybe with the booking you could let people know that they can be provided with some supplies already in the fridge?. Nothing. Very close to heavy Industry. directions to nearest supermarket would have been helpful, decor is a bit beige - could do with more interest/colour. tv and dvd player were not that good :-(. light bulb in desk lamp and also in alcove in bedroom were not working. Slip way off the main road needs to be better signposted. I had a bit too much space for my guest. on the website in which I booked it made it seem only 2 story apt were available when I only needed one. Spent a bit more than I would've liked. Location is close to industrial area. dirty, lack of some items from not being serviced (towels, toiletries), no tv in bedroom, ridiculous arrangement of tv & electricals, too hard to use. First hotel I've been in globally that charged for wi-fi, $10/day - ridiculous in a $190/night room. The $10 breakfast to go is a joke, ok if you're on a starvation diet or a parrot. I had to go shopping for provisions at 10pm. Room wasn't fully serviced after 1st night (no extra tea bags etc). Heater wasn't working in room. Fly wire door off so couldn't access balcony. 'Coke'? was spilt on bench.
