  Good clean motel, very helpful owner (I assume he is the owner, maybe desk staff), we came after formal check-in time and forgot to call in advance, our room was available, no problems. Internet price is reasonable and it works well. We were allowed to leave the car and walk over the town after check-out. - Clean, comfortable. Very friendly and ... what people say » helpful receptionist(owner?). Moved a comfortable!! bed in for us when we had an extra person. Convenience to Liebig street. We will definitely look at staying at this hotel again if we are in warrnambool.

  Debra, the hotel runner is such a friendly and helpful person. The hotel is quite old but very well maintained, specially the bathroom is very clean. The room has a small pantry which was provided with everything we need eg. tea-coffee set, crockery, cutlery, microwave, etc. The hotel is right next to Shell gas station, very easy to find.   We were booked for a 2 night stay. Unfortunately we had to leave after one night due to a significant illness with my mother requiring hospitalisation in Geelong. The motel keeper was very considerate and reduced our booking to a single night. They also requested that we approach letsbookhotel.com and ask that you reduce your charge to the motel t... what people say » o a single night only.   Breakers restaurant was very convenient and had the best seafood platter for two, thoroughly recommend them. Apartment was very clean, had two toilets for a one bedroom I was very surprised.   Upon arrival, we were greeted by a wonderfully friendly innkeeper. She gave us great suggestions for where to eat. Our room was actually the most spacious hotel room we've ever stayed in and ended up being my husbands favorite place to stay during our trip. It was the perfect place to stay and if we return to the area, there is no other place we w... what people say » ould rather stay. - Two couples shared a family room and it was fine. A separate bedroom for two single beds and main room had the double bed so privacy was a little difficult. All was fresh and clean and comfortable with limited kitchen for breakfast which was great. Good value for a one night touring room. All on ne level and Parking outside the door was great.

  staff were very friendly and accomodating. room was simple but warm and inviting. it was clean. would definitely go back there - Staff informed us of places to dine and things to do while we were staying in Warnambool. We found this most helpful.
