The manager of these apartments was easy going and friendly. No hassles. Beautiful place to stay. Visit Warrnambool quite a lot and always choose to stay at Banyan place. See you again in the near future. Trish
It was only one nights accom in 6a bed was comfortable, very clean, comfy reclining seats in lounge area, large tv good selection of dvds. Great that there was personal parking
great little balcony but in full view of passersby and neighbours so not really useable
Modern and roomy apartment. Close to shops and tourist attractions. Quiet at night with comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend.
Well appointed, free wireless internet, walking distance to Flagstaff tourist precinct and beaches.
Nitpicking a bit but no TV in bedroom, stairs - we are mid sixties.

The Neighbours keeping us up past midnight each night,
We travelled to Warrnambool for a life-saving carnival. The location was great as it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well presented. We even had our own private garage for the car. Would definitely stay again. Hassle-free check-in check-out with the manager.

No. 4 apartment was a very modern, clean and spacious living area with a wonderful bathroom. The full kitchen was put to good use, but being so close to the main streets of Warrnambool for the restaurants was certainly a big plus. My wife absolutely loved the place the moment she saw it and we had the best weekend in Warrnambool possible. The location is fantastic, the facilities in the apartment are great and I could certainly enjoy living there on a longer term basis or going back there again next time I'm in the area.
