The manager was very friendly and very helpful. He went out of his way to cater for my special dietary requirements. I was very impressed with the service and the cleanliness of the room. It was an extremely comfortable room and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Connells to my friends and family. Excellent value for money. We had a lovely, clean, comfortable and spacious unit. The manager was really nice and very helpful. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus and a free continental breakfast topped off an enjoyable overnight stay. Definitely recommend it.

Free Internet a sensible approach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were immaculate and we loved the fact that there were two comfy arm chairs and two dining chairs in the room. Bed was also very comfortable. Our Family of 5 found this a very enjoyable stay. The kids loved the spa at the Apartment, it was clean the owners were very friendly and it was a good distance from the main town. A big thanks as our Parker lights on our car where left and the staff contacted us to let us know. Much appreciated not to have a flat car battery in the morning. Would stay again. All the staff from office to cleaners were friendly and bubbly personalities. Our room was beautifully presented and spotlesly clean. We would definitely stay there again. Nothing really If I was picking straws, only the fact that the vanity in the bathroom has very little bench space, and the light in there was pretty average. Nothing major at all. We are fussy about our accomodation, but this was great value for money with breakfast as well. There wasn't anything we disliked. There is road noise however all the motels in Traralgon are on highways so you would have this at any of them. Can't say there was anything. No issues with the motel. Nothing. Nothing!!. The only thing that I didn't like was the parking, it was to cramped. not much tbh. Most motels now supply a herb tea with their complimentary beverages. Nothing I didn't like. There was nothing I didn't like. Pillows, soft. Road noise. Nothing I did'nt like about it. Nothing. Nothing :). Were very wary when we discovered it was a "Budget" motel. Some of those have been awful but this one was the exception. Traffic Noise. nothing all good. Absolutely nothing. Location (close to highway) can be noisy. nothing wrong. Traffic a bit noisy. Parking a bit of an issue with spaces especially if returning late in the evening. I thought I would get the complimentary breakfast on both days, but didn'T. Just a little noisy with the traffic.
