  Beds were super comfy especially for my husband who suffers with a bad back (from a serious car accident in yr 2000) he said it has to be the best hotel for comfort he has ever stayed at (and we travel alot for leisure) The staff were super helpful, I didnt have to pay for parking like it stated in the email (off site parking provided) I didnt fee... what people say » l like it was too much or too less it had what we needed the shops were in close so we were able to buy 1.5litre drinks and leave in the fridge for th - The Family room was very spacious and nice. There was no time to check out the pool/spa but the pictures were very nice. The rooms were very nicely decorated and the view of the streets were very entertaining. Nice staff, nice people & friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended especially if you have a budget.

  2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, well equipped with all facilities, clean & comfortable... great for a family. Quiet location, walking distance to city & great selection of restaurants. Secure parking and friendly staff all contributed to a great weekend's accommodation. This seems to be a rare thing these days because cleaning products are not used in every place that we have been to, some just use water and one cloth for everything.

I've stayed in other accommodation where the rooms were close to the lifts. The noise from the lifts interrupted my sleep. Helpful and friendly and gave us information on things we asked them about.And she let me stay in our room after checkout as my partner was moving all our belongings. - Friendly lady and gentleman in charge, easy to find, room was clean and comfortable and good value for money.

  The staff were great very helpful courteous polite and friendly we had a problem with our hot water and when advised of problem the staff had it fixed as soon as the could the motel was close to everything we wanted and had everything we needed, we enjoyed our stay very much and will use the motel again, nothing was to much for any of the staff EX... what people say » CELLENT - Staff are very freindly and helpful - offered to upgrade us for only $10 extra. Gave us keys to two rooms to compare prior to checking in so we could see for ourselves which room was better. Great location and parking at door. It's now my 'place to stay' in Townsville which I go to a few times a year. Have already booked a 2nd stay in 2 months time.
