Relaxed and comfortable friendly staff, and clean

No way to alter the tv to be viewed from the chairs, you must sit on the bed

The position was good - close to Townsville CBD, local buses, coffee shops, supermarket, chemist and some speciality shops. For me personally it was close to family.

The rooms didn't seem to be well sound-proofed and the sound of people talking and showering in the next room woke us up at night.

Location was great, awesome view of the rock and an easy walk into the city

Cleanliness comfortable chairs quiet easy access

A constant dripping noise in the cistern of the toilet When the lid down & bathroom door closed I couldn't hear it. It could pay to check it out.
