Very friendly helpful staff and rooms were lovely and quiet and warm. Hot showers. Food was great. Location very central and Denman bar even lets the kids in to enjoy the music during happy hour!. It was well located for skiing and getting to the lifts, the room was warm and comfortable. The library was good, quiet and warm and available for an after dinner drink or coffee and reading.

In room guest information was out dated and inaccurate. Buffet breakfast was unimaginative. Website suggests luxurious- I would say comfortable. Advertised TV/satellite channels not available. to pricey.. Beds were bit old, uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast used to be a lot better. It is quite rich to make people pay for bacon and eggs when the accommodation is not cheap. I was disappointed as last time I stayed at the Denman I had a much better experience. Noisy functions sat and sun nite on premises no warnings Rooms very small and old Tv nightmare to use. The restaurant was not open. The staff were not on duty. The room was really, really small. There was no parking. don't expect the reception staff will go out if their way to help you. Definitely not 4 star Hotel, closer to a 4 star motel in terms of the rooms. The restaurant is hotel standard but definitely not the rooms, very disappointed. No car park Very over priced.
