Love that I never waited more than 5mins for something to be delivered to my room. The reception staff were amazing and very very helpful. Love how the location is central to everything I needed ie, shopping mall, trains and food! Liked the price for parking a car at the hotel. That the place felt like a home not just a hotel. The staff were wonderful. They were able to give directions around the local area easily, always had a smile, check in and check out was quick, and there was no problems with our request to stay an extra night.

The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. The hotel is in a great location, the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need, it is not super luxurious but is perfect for a city trip. Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

Dual key room 3 BR set up worked well for our group.
Value for money was reasonable at the booked rate for the standard of room, but there should be a cafe/light dining option in the facility.

I loved that the room had a balcony to let fresh air in. The location was the main reason we choose to stay, it was definitely worth it. The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful, very friendly and courteous and made us feel very welcome. The bed in the room was very comfortable (one of the best i have slept on in a motel).
