  It is a very convenient location for any events at the Sydney Showground. The free parking is a bonus too. And the price was also very reasonable. - It was close to our location of our weekend and had a lot of facilities in the general area. The manager was very polite and helpful.

  Other from what I read in some reviews the room ( a double ) was clean. Facilities are not too fancy, pretty much Backpacker average. Wifi free of charge but unstable. - practicality sea an surf sunshine appears better than other packers.Good place to stay when hurt my foot.

  Great customer service - I appreciated the phone call before I arrived and that I was asked if I wanted a room with a view. It was lovely to look out and see the lights of Sydney. Fabulous location right near ferry and I enjoyed the lovely Thai restaurant 100m down the road and the fabulous (very popular) cafe at the ferry wharf.   The staff were very friendly. We requested for an early check in time which they made it happen. They took care of the taxi rental reservation on the way back to the airport the next day. They even tried to put us as far form the pub as possible. There is a bistro down stairs so food was no problem. The next door pharmacy, grocery store is a plus ... what people say » - We stayed at the Sands because it was close to the airport. It was lovely to be able to stroll down to the beach and watch the surfers before getting our flight.
