Perfect location in - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge restaurant recommendations were perfect for what we requested, which we did three times. The hotel is perfectly situated in Sydney for people wanting to visit the local historical areas as well as the most well known sights like the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, all within close walking distance from the hotel.   We stayed at the Holiday Inn because we needed somewhere close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. On our our arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member, I think her name was Sarah who assisted us with all of our needs. We had a room on the first floor which was modern, clean and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to eat o - Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.
