  The location couldn't be better, in front of central station, very close to the bus to Bondi beach, very close to the free bus to Quay.... Loved the roof top and the possibility to make there a lot of friends and the constant friendly environment.... Loved the fact the hostel provides all kind of information to tourists and help in everything and ... what people say » specially loved the thematic nights the hostel organises, with movie night and also hotdog or burgher night where we can eat very cheap and all togeth - The staff were wonderful, very nice and helpful and the location is ideal being close to Central Station and all forms of public transport to get around easily. We also found that the guests there were great too, they all seemed to be really nice and friendly people. All up a really good place place to stay and would definitely book with them again. :)

Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel. I stayed 6 nights with my sister as her birthday treat with valet parking. We also had Room service for some meals and enjoyed some good movies after our long days of rediscovering Sydney. Staff were excellent and really friendly, and we received a complementary bottle of champagne for my partners birthday :) The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in, and everything was of high quality! :) T2 tea yum!!   Location!!!! It was extremely convenient. Opera house was a 2-minute walk away. Both the train and ferry stations were at the hotel's doorstep. Botanic Garden was also just across the street which was great. We travelled with 2 toddlers and the room was very comfortable and the balcony was great too. I would recommend it. - I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy

My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal. Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. We managed to get the room at a reasonable rate and took advantage of this. The - loved the location perfect for access to see the Opera Carmen at Mrs Macquaire :Point. Our view from 2218 was excellent - we were really thrilled. Big thanks to the Conceirges who made our requests for massages and restaurants easy.
