  My daughter and i stayed at Napoleon on Kent for a 5 day trip to Sydney and we couldn't of asked for a better place to stay at. Wynyard train station and buses 5 mins around the corner. Restaurants - Great place to stay and will be back the next time we visit Sydney. The staff were friendly and always polite, you felt very welcome. The room had plenty of space and very comfortable. Was also great to have a kitchenette in the room. Considering the location, I thought it may have been a bit noisy but there was no noise at all!. It was very quite. Loved being so close to everything and would definitely recommend as the place to stay!

  We enjoyed our stay at the Meriton in Kent Street very much. It is nicer and cleaner than a similar priced apartment hotel nearby that we had previously stayed in. On arrival we were greeted by helpful, professional reception staff and the two requests we had made when booking were met. Thank you. Our room was clean, spacious and relaxing. The hotel - We were really happy with the apartments. We stayed in a studio- it was a good size with contemporary decor and furnishings and view to the street. It had thoughtful touches like a coffee plunger, and complimentary dishwasing tablets and clothes washing machine liquid. The staff were great - the concierge noticed we were exhausted after catching an overnight flight and (without being asked) arranged for a room cleaned so we cleaned so we could check in early.   Modern rooms, very clean. Self-contained units--everything you need to cook and do laundry. They even supply laundry/dishwasher soap daily. Excellent location, very quick walk to Town Hall and Museum (no lifts) stops. Our family of 3, including a 14 month old, had no problems traveling to/from the airport on the train with our bags from this hotel... what people say » . The cot the hotel provided for our 14 mo son was fine. He slept in it without complaint. Complementary internet was very good. 1GB/day and excellen - The views were great and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!

  Very friendly staff. Comfortable room with all needs met plus a few extras - Everything! The room was big, Modern and Clean. The food in the cafe was lovely and good value and the staff were very helpful and friendly. :-)

  The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had a balcony. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Location was very convenient to CBD, transport and shopping.   Although the units we joined there was a sense of privacy. Parking was close to the room. The children had plenty of space. The unit was easy to 'live in'. The gym and pool were an added bonus.   We stayed at the Holiday Inn because we needed somewhere close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. On our our arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member, I think her name was Sarah who assisted us with all of our needs. We had a room on the first floor which was modern, clean and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to eat o - Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

  The facilities in the room operated really good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The staff I had contact with were all pleasant and helpful. The Motel was close to Sydney Terminal Railway Station which was good for me as I had an early train to catch. - The size and comfort of the room and bathroom facilities.... what people say » Although just on a short overnight stay, it was a pleasant experience.   Very central. Quite comfy. If I can book ahead , and you have a room, I always like to stay at your place when I have to come to Sydney for work meetings. Staff were very good and provided an upgrade when original room had some issues. Upgraded room was great, very comfortable and I would stay again in future.
