  We arrived at the hotel and saw the stairs and thought "Oh No", but reception immediately said they would bring our bags up for us. We were really grateful. Same thing in the morning. She totally made my day. Despite the plain look from the outside, the hotel was pretty cool on the inside. My fault for not checking the maps, I thought it would be right next to the airport. I ended up having to take a taxi that cost $15 to the hotel. Shuttlebus back to the airport is availab

  I had the unfortunate situation of having a migraine headache on the morning we were leaving but had several hours to pass before making our way to our cruise ship. My fellow travellers went for a walk whilst I sat in the reception area. The manager after asking me if I had been "left behind" I explained my problem, she very kindly took me to a ve... what people say » ry quiet lounge room where I could relax & wait for my companions return before going straight to the ship. This lady's kindness was above and bey - Craig, the manager, was a treat and very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of terrific views of the Opera House and Harry's Cafe de Wheels. They have a handout that provides lots of tips about how to get around Sydney and things to do while in town. It was our first trip to Sydney and we only could stay one day before heading to Tonga, but we will return someday for a longer stay and would definitely consider staying at Mariners Court again.

  It's just off the Kings Cross wasn't noisy at all. Downstairs in both sides super cute n very friendly little coffee shops with excellent service n superb breakfast.   This is indeed a funky little place, loved the paintings on the walls and doors, the atmosphere there with rooftop parties in King Cross intense nightlife area. About 20minutes walk from thr Queen's gardens and the Opera House, 30mins from the piers and city center. - People where friendly. Our clean twin room had tiled ensuite, fridge, TV & aircon. We just had to walk down through a park (tennis courts & pool) & were at Central Stn, the hub for all transport. Although it was on a major road our room was pretty quiet. Staff organised shuttle to the airport which was $12 door to door whereas train to / from Central $15! Excellent pub & other eateries nearby.

  We stayed ( 3 girls) in a studio apartment which was basic but clean,spacious,fully equipped with a nice veranda for smoking.Great Central Bondi area walking to the beach,punbs,coffee shops and parties.Very good rate for bondi- we had weekly rate.A lot of your persons in the complex.Nice roof top pool.we will be back in beautiful Bondi next Year!!!
