The bed was amazing. The room was clean. The price was excellent. And most importantly the service was outstanding. There was difficulties with our original room, therefore we were upgraded immediately without any fuss.

The staff were very helpful and the location was perfect, right in the heart of Kings X, buses easy to get into Circular key.

If it hadn't been my birthday they would have charged 10AUD for wifi per day (they gave it to me for free), I think all decent hotels in the 21st century should provide free wifi - it's part of the service. Just be prepared for the charge .

Convenience to Allianz stadium

Parking was a night mare car park next door to hotel is expensive I drive in and straight back out and they wanted to charge me $34.00 to drive back out so use Victoria car park down the road $15 for overnight

Convenient and comfortable. Price as good as one can do in Sydney for a decent place.

Neighborhood while great for cheap eats and night life, never goes to sleep. Activity all night long.

Martin was lovely - he let me check in early, which was hugely appreciated! Hotel is in a great location and really clean. Don't expect five star luxury i.e. slippers and robes but it's comfortable, stylish, great value and I would recommend this hotel.

My room was on the top floor and the lift didn't go up to the top floor so I had to carry my heavy case up a flight of stairs

The staff were fabulous, very helpful and warm. Location in the center of Kings Cross. The bus stop right out the front door. Ability to store luggage so before and after check out so we had an extra day. Would recommend.

The hotel is located in a nice area, with small boutiques,cafes, restaurants creating a nice and relaxing atmosphere, not far from tube stations ans also from the harbour and the botanic garden, opera house even by foot. Good starting point for a run up to the Opera House / Rocks:-) The hotel was very quiet even during the weekends.

The bed was very comfortable. It was in a great location and the staff were fantastic.

We had a TINY room without a window. As I booked the room many months ago I thought we would of had a room that was not on the ground floor and that had a view - or at least a window!! The court yard / light well (that we did not have access to as the door was locked) gave the room a little light but was still rather gloomy. The room itself was very small. We had paid for a Deluxe King Room so we were disappointed with the lack of space, the tiny bathroom a ground floor room and no window.

We liked the location and the cost is very accesible for those who just want somewhere to sleep comfortably. Recommended! Also, it is located at King's Cross which is the party/go-out-at-night place in Sydney.

Hotel is clean, in convenient location, and with full facilities. Staffs are nice and friendly.

Soundproofing is not good. In the midnight, you can hear the bars' noise near around. The location is convenient, but Kings Cross is the "red light" area, so if you're female and traveling alone, you should think twice before booking.

the lighting in the bathroom over the mirrors in the bathroom or living room there should be lights or lamps so we can see what we look like when getting ready :P this was kinda annoying i loved the place but next time i would prefer to book a room with rood lighting when getting read

I loved the location of this hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Great shops and places to eat around the hotel. Reasonably priced. Local transportation right at our doorstep!

The only downfall I can think of is the lack of an ice machine in the hotel. However, the little refrigeration in our room had a small ice tray, so that did help.

This hotel is great ... We manage to secure a early check-in on the 1st day of our arrival. Plus the staffs are all so friendly, oozing the Australian Hospitality. The best part i like best of this hotel is the location.. location.. location .. just five minutes walk away from King Cross City Train, nearby to major tourist location like circular quay, bondi beach. Easy access to supermarkets, cafes in the area. Plus they provide shuttle transfer to the airport at only AUD12 (cheaper than taking the city train and more convenience) but have to take note it is more of like a bus service where they will pick up from other location before going to the airport so have to be early.

The toilet is too small.

Bed was huge which was great, bathroom was tidy and spacious.

Bed was very close to the bathroom there wasn't much room on that side of the bed. It was a bit noisy too and the curtains didn't block out the sun in the morning.

The service from the Hotel staff was beyond excellent, they were nothing bujt ready to help you when anything was required. Everything about the weekend was great the location was perfect close to everything

The hotel itself was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, just what was needed after a 12 hour flight.

I would say the location but I had been made well aware of this before I booked. Still, you get into the hotel and you forget about the location.

The staff were fantastic and could not have been more helpful.

A very old building, complete with creeky floorboards and absolutely so sound proofing what soever. we were offered a room as far away from the street as possible, but the noise of the Cross was not going to be tamed on that night nor anyother night

The location is great and the rooms are clean and well appointed. I thought the rooms were of adequate size having noted other people's comments.

The slowest lift known to mankind (no exaggeration) and no free wifi which is increasingly unacceptable in hotels today.
