A smell of ginger in the lobby.

Our room had a closed joining door to the next room. We could hear every small noice and somehow 3am there was a different person loudly talking. Also, the view was not very nice.

ease of access to city/darling harbour leo was amazing in arranging our travel to airport on our departure

my firends on 6th floor found room a little noisy but on 7th floor we had no problems

Upgraded to Club level which was nice, room very spacious with large bathroom also excellent!

The Staff very friendly and helpful. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Close walk to everything the harbor, restaurants, shops and more. Really enjoyed my stay I'll be back!

As many hotels today skimping on the treats and freebies like little disappointed about minor things such as no biscuits with the tea/coffee Facilities :( overall was great time even if it was for work!.

Staff were very helpful also liked the valet parking

Did not like the lack of digital to channels couldn't watch the Wimbledon Final which I found pretty unacceptable however staff did try to help. Didn't like second night where the doing did not have a cover put on and it was just out in between two sheets! Didn't like room service knocking on door at ten am on Sunday surely they can wait until we have checked out!

Had booked a suite with harbour views. The one given was on second floor with no views. But that was quickly sorted and given a suite on the 7th floor. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms

The facilities were lovely and we got an upgrade to a club room on check in. We also got a reduced rate for buffet breakfast which was fantastic. Great service and I was very impressed.

That I had to call 4 days after our stay to have the money they were holding on my credit card for the room released back in to my account

Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. We would not think twice about staying there again and whole heartedly recommend Park Royal Darling Harbour to anyone looking for a quality establishment.

I had mentioned that we were staying as part of our 35th wedding anniversary celebrations. We were given a bottle of wine to help celebrate - a lovely touch!

We came back to the bar for dessert and coffee/drink - but it had just closed at 10.30pm

We would like to thank the reception team for their help after a booking error on our behalf. Excellent customer service from ALL staff inc letsbookhotel.com. A special thank you to Chris from the reception team. Amazing breakfast options. We would return again.

The lighting in the room was a little to soft. for example when unpacking/packing suitcases and wanting to iron our clothes we felt we needed a brighter main light to focus. Good lighting to snuggle & chill out but that's it.
