Beds very comfortable bathrooms very nice views of the river fantastic having a catamaram at the backdoor was so convenient we went to circular key on it fabulous kitchen very nice as well very nice unit 3 bathrooms as well was convient sunroom lovely to sit there and have b'fast and the view was unbelievable also the staff were so nice and friendly and couldnt do enough for u especially johnathon who went up the st to hale us a cab because our cab didnt turn up so we wouldnt be late for ricky .
all reviews » The comforts of the rooms, the beds and pillows were awesome. Clean rooms and great facilities in the rooms. Provided Great information to guests in rooms. Reception staff very friendly and highly recommended. Big plus to to gentlemen whom checked us in very rare to find good, friendly helpful service. Will defenitely book with you again and will recommend to family and friends. Stayed here a few times location and facilities and value for money are words that best describe this hotel secure parking is available and staff are extremely helpful(with directions and any other needs you may have) had a small issue staff went out of there way to solve and all was well will stay here again and again and I recommend any one else to. Loved everything about this place, was surprised to have a two level apartment but it was amazing. I think this hotel probably gets over looked due to it's location however we were there to see P!nk in Homebush and were surprised how close this hotel was and just a short train ride away to most things in Sydney. Definitely will recommend. Stayed in a two bedroom apartment with city view. Absolutely breathtaking. 3 levels. top floor. view straight to the harbour. Spa in room (so relaxing.) early checkin. Staff incredibly accommodating. Will be staying here from now on. So close to the ferry straight into the city or the free bus loop that takes you to Westfield. Staff were good - we left belongings in the room and from the time it took us to get downstairs they had already advised reception. Fantastic. Night staff may need to have an upgrade. The apartment was fantastic. Parking - expensive but worth it in the end. Check out was great - 1 pm check out was appreciated for an extra $60. I liked The Staff Location Service. Most important we forgot a bag with all our gold jewelry and only realized that after 5 days our checkout but to amaze and delight I got it back when I went back to check my missing baggage with all the items as is. I am really grateful to the staff who serviced my apartment when I left. Everything was awesome. The bed was soft and big. The kitchen was amazing had everything you need. I loved the laundry area in the bathroom. And the balcony area. There was no rowdy people's and the apartment was warm. Definitely stay again in the future. The price was awesome for what you get. It's homely and modern. We love staying Meriton Parramatta as it offewrs us everything we want and need. Restaurants are close by, the river ferry to the city is a hop and a jump and the staff are wonderful. They act on anything mentioned immediately and with good grace. Apart from the minor things I didnt like we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next stay there. Cheers for the awesome hospitality. I loved the view of the river and it was so easy to jump on the ferry. The apartment was roomy, clean and in a great spot overlooking the river. I was not well one evening and an ambulance was called. The front desk staff were very caring and this was much appreciated by my husband and myself. The city view was amazing from the roof top terrace and two bed apartment was fantastic. I loved the fact that there were two bathrooms, so each couple had their own privacy.We really had a great weekend and travelling to Sydney was very easy, close to both the rivercat and the train line. The staff were all male and loverly. We stayed in a split level 2 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and quite clean. The price through booking early was very reasonable and the location was close to the Beyonce concert we were attending at Homebush. We were very happy. Rooms and views fantastic . Step out rear entrance to river ferry to the city, relaxing scenic best way to city. I liked that the units are well equipped with all the comforts from home. I loved that the kids could go outside in the patio area and the grounds were really nice with a garden feel, great for the kids to run around. That the overall look of the hotel from room to grounds,gym, pool, concierge kept well maintained. Location was very close to amenities, shops, mall, park, walkways, nightlife, restaurants very convenient for a family. Great central location we were travelling daily to homebush on train with daughters for hip hop competition very easy and central, staff were great friendly and helpful, great cafes around nearby, would stay again. The only thing about the unit was the stairs the bannister wasnt right u dont go down a set of stairs holding on and then it just stops in the middle of nowhere then u have to swivel over to the other side to hug the wall then on the last part of the stairs there is a another railing u shouldnt have to break the journey u shouldnt have to let go my friend hurt her ankle on the stairs because of the bad design very dangerous. No dislikes here. The smell coming from the drain on the top deck. Need foxtel channels. Dvd player in the living room not working so unable to play our children's movies. Expensive parking. Steps at the main entrance are bit of a trouble to climb, especially for someone with heavy luggage, baby stroller or wheelchair. There should be a alternate ramp so that strollers or wheelchair can be strolled easily. The bath too close to the hand basin, when you get out of the shower. But that's bout it everything, everything was soo awesome. Brown coloured drip stains on the back of the downstairs toilet door aswell as door coming off the rails, cobwebs on all the balconies, and would of been nice to have some outdoor seats on the ground level as they were on the third level balcony bit of a hassel going up an down the stairs. Make sure u park in the right spot for your apartment. Only one lift which is very slow . Can be noisy at night depending which side your bedrooms face. There was nothing at the Meriton we didn't like. Traffic noise was a bit of a problem in the front room I was in. Particularly as there were road works happening at night. Nothing would stay here again,. Only that there should be a tv in the master bedroom especially if there's a tv in the second room, we stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment. Lounge setting looked great but chairs and couches were quite uncomfortable. Also Considering you had my credit card details I didn't like the fact I had to pay upfront add $100 holding bond and got charged extra for paying by credit card. I thought the deposit of two hundred dollars was steep on top of taxes and parking costs. Im a singe mum and having that money removed from my account made it tight for me to give the kids our city experince. Only having one elevator for both guests and staff made for long waiting times. I thought parking price quite high at $25'per day. For longer term stays - we were there for 6 days maybe a collection point for non-perishable goods? Also maybe a clothes horse for air drying clothes - thanx. Was annoyed by the lack of welcoming from staff and information on public transport especially lockers to store luggage while sightseeing at public areas. If I had known that there wasn't any lockers near the city ferry terminal I would have made other arrangements. Staff said there were but there wasn't any...apparently they were taken out many years ago and not replaced. Very disappointed. Check in is 2pm. it would be great if one of the rooms that someone had checked out of early was cleaned and made available. I didn't like that I couldn't move in permanently ;). I didn't like that I had not used this accommodation previously - it is really great. Nothing at all. Nothing. Nothing to complain about really. The DVD player didn't work. A chap came to try to get it going and offered to try and find another but I said no. Just because of my location of residence, i didnt like the roads. I found it difficult to be able to move my car from where i had parked to the provided parking of the hotel. Construction noise across the road in the middle of the night and not being warned about it when we booked in. My apartment was spread over two levels which was slightly frustrating. I would have preferred to be asked if I was happy to accept that type of apartment upfront since the website makes no mention of multi-level apartments. I was told that my $100 bond would not be taken out of my account and it has been. I would like it back. We even cleaned the place before we left as common courtesy and it has left me short of funds. Not happy. The bathroom floor leaks!. The lift is very slow The floor was clean in the kitchen but was sticky to walk on. (maybe the cleaning products).
