Location was very accessible to the city and darling harbour. Price was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, the location and views great. the location was great, the views were great. A lot of beds and the room had everything we needed. Its central position in Sydney close to everything.The staff are friendly and great to deal with. Very helpful. Fully explained facility and services available. And for a low price actually worth the value. Large apartment size as well, and great location in CBD, can get to places in minutes. It was in a very central position, close to shops and transport and in the heart of the city.The view. We were told it would have 2 single beds and a double but when we got there the 2 singles were pushed together to make another double bed plus it was in the master bedroom. We would've seperated them but there was no single bed linen. It was an effort to get the keys as we had to go to a different building and we had to find street parking to go and get the parking key.The apartment did not get serviced once during our stay. It was frustrating that there wasn't enough toilet paper and handwash in the rooms. The shower was really noisy and some people in the buidling travelled from floor to floor to visit friends which got quite loud in the apartments around us.The reception is not easy to find and actually located in a different building from the rooms. There's no one available sometimes at the office, so have to call duty manager to come to office to attend enquiries. Probably because it is privately owned and operated. My only criticism of the room would be that the cleaners obviously did not do a thorough job of cleaning the room. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes!! Also, there really should be a supply of dishwashing detergent and a sponge for use in the kitchen.It was very dirty. There was no broom, very little cutlery and crocery, no soap, tea, coffee or plug for the kitchen sink. Key situation is problematic to say the least.Need to be MUCH clearer about the ACTUAL room/s being purchased.If your offering a studio dogbox dont show pics of spacious 1 and 2 bedders. Its dissapointing and deceptive.
