Mandy remembered me from a stay 1.5 years ago which was amazing. She was also very helpful as i arrived late in the evening and also called me to see if all was ok as i was travelling from Melbourne. I had some printing completed in the morning which was also no problems. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. had. 3 bed apartment was perfect for 3 friends travelling. Bed was one of THE most comfortable in a hotel I have stayed in and travelled widely for work & leisure over the years. Central, plenty of space and comfortable furniture.

Really enjoyed our stay at Quest Shepparton so much that we wanted to stay an xtra night bt it was fully booked out :) v3e. Seamless booking, charming, informative, helpful staff on arrival. Very clean, attention paid to request for a quiet room. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and we loved the balcony and the view of the lake. Reception personnel very polite and couldn't be more helpful. Good design of apartments Obliging and helpful staff. The topper on the mattress was soooo comfortable. Was an excellent stay! Nothing wrong at all :). Convenience,helpful staff,good facilities'. Hospitality and the features in the room. Easy to book, book in and check out. Fantastic 2 bedroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Could use additional hair dryer in second bathroom, & towels could be a bit bigger, but there were plenty supplied. TV had poor reception on WIN with drop outs but we weren't watching too much TV so not a big deal just an observation. I can hardly find any thing. N/A. I found nothing to complain about. The studio apartment had a smell to it that was not very pleasant (a bit like body odour). We left the window open for the majority of the day while we were out at a wedding however, upon returning, the smell had not subsided which was unfortunate. View overlooking supermarket - bit noisy!. Just one thing it would have been nice to have a biscuit with my cup of tea. Three star motels do have them. A bit expensive for one night.Apartment larger than was needed.Accomodation was booked due another event in town.I would stay there again but in smaller apartment. Bed a bit spongy - my son needed some ice (for a minor injury) and no medical/first aid supplies were on hand - some basics would be good. Building is very warm (corridoor) could use open windows for ventilation at night. I usually stay in a one bedroom apartment ,but this time a studio. We much prefer the one bedroom apartment. Very comfortable. More expensive than other Quests I have stayed at. The single room rate was 200 Dollars which is in my opinion too expensive for a county town. I pay less for a Quest room in Melbourne. In the morning at 6 am it was very loud outside as there was street cleaning in progress. Staff, ripped me off. Unable to fit both frying pan and saucepan on the hot plate simultaneously. Made cooking impractical, frustrating. No verandah, outside access. The bathroom floor had urine on it from the last occupant. NOT clean!! The room had mosquitsoes in it and or bed bugs. I had insect bites and they still itch!!. No restaurant on site.
