Friendly owner, nice clean rooms with interesting décor for our room it was decorated with souvenirs from New Zealand. Very comfortable king sized bed. New bathroom. Pool available although it was a cool weekend so we did not take a dip. Nice communal living area and lovely breakfast room with nicely cooked omelettes as my choice for breakfast. Easy access to the airport and the country.

The guest facilities with a pool table, dart board, library,games etc has everything you could want. A loveley outdoor spa & bbq area & well kept gardens. The breakfast is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & have already booked our next stay.

The accommodation was excellent value for money. It was really well equipped for a self-catering holiday with a huge fridge and lots of utensils etc. Having two bathrooms with a shower in each was great.
