The room and guesthouse were luxurious and the location superb. Shane was extremely accommodating, the atmosphere was relaxing and sophisticated. Our room had a spa bath and balcony, robes and breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice were included. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking accommodation in Melbourne.

Check in was very smooth and the information provided was excellent. I contacted the manager to arrange a slightly later checkout as we were meeting friends for lunch. He checked and as there were no new bookings for that night we were able to leave our belongings and collect them after our lunch which was most generous and helpful -
